For best results: 
 
Shampoo - With wet hair, grab puck and rub it into your hair until you feel sufficient lather, then rub lather into your hair like any shampoo.  Rinse well.
 
Conditioner - With your hair wet, stand outside the water stream to apply conditioner bar.  A few gentle wipes onto your hair is likely enough (experiment to find ideal amount, but start with very little, and you will be able to feel when it’s the right amount).  Rinse well.
 
Try to avoid having the bars directly in water stream when storing product after use, for maximum life of product.
